The Full Process Chain In-House

  • Powder preparation — spray drying, granulation, high-purity formulation
  • Forming — cold isostatic pressing (CIP), dry-bag pressing, tape casting, extrusion, injection molding
  • Sintering — air, inert and controlled-atmosphere furnaces up to 1800 °C
  • Green & hard machining — CNC diamond grinding, lapping, polishing, laser cutting
  • Metallization — Mo-Mn / W metallization, nickel plating, brazing
  • Assembly & packaging — cleanroom-compatible packing for wafer-exposed parts

  • Density, flexural strength and hardness testing on every batch
  • Chemical purity and phase analysis (XRD / SEM) for high-purity grades
